Who answers the phone?

No. Keep using your mobile like you always do. When you can't answer — or you've diverted for the night — Evercall picks up so the job doesn't die in voicemail.

How do I turn it on?

Forward your calls to Evercall when you need cover (knock-off, already on a job, whatever). Turn the divert off when you're free again. On most phones it's a short code or a switch in your carrier app. Takes about a minute once you've done it once.

What if I can't do the job tonight?

We ask how urgent it is. Burst pipe / water everywhere gets booked for tonight or first thing. Something that can wait gets noted or booked for a daytime slot — you tell us how you want that handled when we set you up.
