Who answers the phone?

How do I turn it on?

Forward your calls to Evercall when you need cover (knock-off, already on a job, whatever). Turn the divert off when you're free again. On most phones it's a short code or a switch in your carrier app. Takes about a minute once you've done it once.

What if I can't do the job tonight?

We ask how urgent it is. Burst pipe / water everywhere gets booked for tonight or first thing. Something that can wait gets noted or booked for a daytime slot. You tell us how you want that handled when we set you up.

You can review calls. We test your line with you before you go live. If it's not working for you, cancel. No lock-in.

Yes. We're opening with plumbers across New Zealand alongside Australia. You keep your number; we set divert up with you. Create your demo and mention you're in NZ so we can prioritise onboarding.
